A scientist has a terrible accident when he tries to use his newly invented teleportation device. When he tries to teleport himself a fly ends up in the device with him and they mix in the matter stream. He winds up with the fly's head and one of it's arms and the fly winds up with Andre's head and arm. The "help me, help meeeee" scene is a true classic in film history and is still truly creepy to this day for me.

This is the original version of a scientist experimenting with matter transference accidentally exchanging one arm and his head with that of a fly which was in the transfer chamber. There was a remake done of this movie in 1986 starring Jeff Goldblum.
