NES Game Review: Rampage

I remember playing the original Rampage on my 8-bit NES for hours and hours on end trying to get thru all of the United States destroying town after town as either George or Lizzie (two huge monsters). I spent entire nights awake going thru level after level after level to win the game.
The basis of the game is two people were turned into huge monsters in some freak accident, so of course the government is trying to kill. This of course causes them to go on this 'Rampage'. The game is alot of semi-mindless fun but after you go thru maybe 30 levels of it you will start to notice it gets slightly repetitive.
The most fun is if you play in two-player mode, you can choose to work as a team or you can fight eachother and destory everything else along the way for competition. If you eat your opponent when they are in human form, you will reset their score to zero! One of the best things with this game is you can virtually never die.
Rating: 5 out of 5
Hint: Just press the "B" button everytime you turn back into human form (before you walk off the screen) and you will come right back to life with full health and keep your score.
