This page is dedicated to the memories of the 1980s when the Atari Console Gaming System was widely popular, The Smurfs were still airing new episodes on Saturday mornings, and M.U.S.C.L.E. Men were being bought by the dozens. The home computer was just arriving on the scene with the Apple PC being released. The rise of the NES and Sega Genesis Console Gaming Systems were seen a little later in the decade. Computer technology became mainstream with the 1982 release of "TRON" and the 1983 release of "WARGAMES". The first generation of MTV video came into the picture with such artists as Madonna and Michael Jackson. Pac-Man Fever spread throughout the world in 1982-1983.
